Return Policy To obtain a refund, use the Contact Page to send an email
requesting a return authorization number (RAN). Any returns that are
received without an RAN will be discarded. The return must be
postmarked within 30 days of the original postmark of the order. Opening a
bottle constitutes satisfaction and no refund, for that bottle, will be given. A full refund,
less a 10% handling charge, will be given for any and all unopened bottles. Package
all unopened items along with a copy of your
invoice. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of
the box. Returns will be processed within one week of receipt for a full
refund of the purchase price. No refunds will
be given for returned orders due to customer refusal. In other words, if
an order is not accepted at the time of delivery, or not picked up when a notice
has been left at the shipping address, a refund will not be issued. |
